Maviox Ambassador – Terms & Conditions

(Brand Ambassador & Campus Ambassador Programme)

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Programme is open to individuals who:

1.1.1 Are aged 18 years or above

1.1.2 Reside in India (unless otherwise approved by Maviox)

1.1.3 Maintain an active public social media presence throughout the duration of the programme (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or similar)

1.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the application.

1.3 Maviox reserves the right to verify your identity, social presence, and engagement authenticity.

1.4 Fake followers, artificial engagement, or misleading representation may lead to immediate disqualification.

2. Entry Requirements

2.1 To participate, individuals must complete and submit the official Maviox Ambassador Programme form with accurate and complete information.

2.2 Only entries submitted through the official form will be considered.

2.3 Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.

2.4 Incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent entries may be rejected at Maviox's sole discretion.

3. Selection

3.1 Selection of an ambassador is at the sole discretion of Maviox. Submission of the form does not guarantee selection.

3.2 Selection is based on Content quality, Brand alignment, Consistency, activity, and Audience relevance.

3.3 Maviox reserves full discretion in accepting or rejecting applications, onboarding, pausing, or removing ambassadors.

3.4 Selected applicants will be contacted via the provided details. Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal.

4. Nature of Relationship

4.1 Ambassadors are independent participants, not employees, agents, or partners of Maviox.

4.2 You:

4.2.1 Cannot represent Maviox in any legal or commercial capacity

4.2.2 Cannot enter into agreements, incur liabilities, or make commitments on behalf of Maviox

5. Deliverables by Selected Ambassador

5.1 Selected ambassadors agree to:

5.1.1 Create original content featuring Maviox products

5.1.2 Maintain a high standard of quality in visuals and messaging

5.1.3 Ensure content reflects the energy, performance, and positioning of Maviox

5.2 The Maviox product must be clearly visible in the content. No visible branding, logos, or products from other brands may appear in the post.

5.3 Ambassador must tag the official Maviox handles and comply with all posting guidelines, captions, hashtags, and brand instructions shared by Maviox.

5.4 Ambassador must create and share content that is positive, respectful, and aligned with the values of Maviox. Content should not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material. All content must comply with the terms of the social media platform being used.

5.5 The content must be posted within ten (10) days of receiving the product, unless otherwise communicated in writing. Failure to meet this timeline may result in removal from the ambassador programme and future ineligibility.

5.6 Maviox reserves the right to review and request edits to content before posting, if deemed necessary.

6. Conduct & Compliance

6.1 Share content on your social platforms as per guidelines (timelines may be specified case-by-case).

6.2 All content must be original and must not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

6.3 Content must not contain offensive language, discriminatory remarks, misinformation, illegal material, or harmful visuals.

6.4 Ambassador must comply with Instagram's and other social platforms' community guidelines and all applicable advertising disclosure laws, including clearly disclosing promotional association where required (e.g., using #MavioxAmbassador, #Ad, or other appropriate disclosures required by law).

6.5 Maviox reserves the right to remove or disqualify any ambassador whose conduct, online presence, public statements, or actions are deemed harmful or detrimental to the brand's image or reputation.

6.6 AI-Generated Content Restriction

6.6.1 Content created for the Maviox Ambassador Programme must be authentic and originally produced by the ambassador. Fully AI-generated images, videos, or visual content that do not feature real Maviox products are not permitted. Limited use of artificial intelligence tools for minor enhancements only — such as colour correction, background clean-up, lighting adjustment, resolution improvement, or editing assistance — is allowed, provided that the final content accurately represents the actual Maviox product and does not mislead viewers.

6.6.2 Maviox reserves the right to review submitted content and may reject or request revisions to any content that appears to be substantially generated or altered using artificial intelligence in a way that misrepresents the product or violates the authenticity standards of the programme.

7. Product & Content Rights

7.1 Selected ambassadors will receive complimentary Maviox products solely for the purpose of content creation under this programme.

7.2 Products are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other items.

7.3 By participating in the programme, ambassador grant Maviox a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, display, promote, and create derivative works from the content across all media platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, email marketing, digital advertisements, print, and other promotional materials.

7.4 Maviox may reuse, repost, edit, boost, or promote the content without additional compensation, approval, or notification to the ambassador.

7.5 The ambassador retains ownership of the original content but grants the above rights to Maviox.

7.6 The content may continue to be used even after you exit the Programme.

7.7 Participation in the programme does not guarantee monetary compensation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Restrictions

8.1 The ambassador agrees that they will NOT:

8.1.1 Sell Maviox products on unauthorized websites or in retail establishments without the consent of, and a signed contract with, Maviox

8.1.2 Misrepresent the brand or products

8.1.3 Use Maviox trademarks, logos, or assets without approval

8.1.4 Create misleading or false claims about products

8.1.5 Promote competing brands in a conflicting manner during active collaborations (where applicable)

8.1.6 Share any confidential information, including product launch details, product images, or ambassador materials

8.1.7 Speak negatively about the brand or those you work with publicly. Please reach out to Maviox first with any issues or concerns (contact@maviox.com)

9. Data Usage

9.1 By entering the programme, participants consent to Maviox collecting and using their submitted personal information for programme administration, communication, verification, customer lifecycle management (CLM), and future marketing purposes.

9.2 Personal data will not be sold to third parties.

9.3 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

9.4 Participants may request the removal of their personal data by contacting Maviox through its official support email.

10. Programme Modifications

10.1 Maviox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the programme, including its benefits, deliverables, and timelines, at any time without prior notice.

10.2 Maviox may alter selection criteria or programme requirements as deemed necessary.

11. Termination & Disqualification

11.1 Maviox reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be providing false information, engaging in fraudulent activity, misconduct, brand misalignment, inactivity, or violating these Terms & Conditions.

11.2 Failure to comply with content guidelines, deliverables, or timelines may result in removal from the programme and future ineligibility.

11.3 Upon removal, all rights to benefits cease immediately. Previously granted content rights remain with Maviox.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Maviox shall not be responsible for technical issues, platform errors, submission failures, delays, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12.2 Participation in the programme is voluntary. Maviox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the programme or use of the products received.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

13.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

14. Acceptance of Terms

14.1 By submitting the application form, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

14.2 Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is mandatory for participation in the programme.
